How are orders packed and delivered?

Bare Pantry's mission is to make sustainable grocery shopping as easy as possible.

No single-use plastics. No packaging going to landfill. No problems.

This is why we have chosen to pack our products in glass jars and bottles with compostable labelling. Orders are packed at Bare Pantry and then delivered to your home by our 100% Electric Delivery Van.

After you have used your products, simply rinse them (leave labels on) and put out for collection on your next delivery. The jars are taken back to our headquarters to be washed and refilled.

Where do you deliver?

Bare Pantry delivers every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday morning to your home or workplace within a 20km radius of Brighton, South Australia. A minimum order of $25 is required to be eligible for delivery. We have a $5 delivery fee for orders under $70.

Once you have placed your order, you will be kept up-to-date either by text or email about your orders progress. As Bare Pantry grows, we hope to increase our delivery days and delivery radius, so please help spread the word.

If you are not likely to be home, please make alternative arrangements or let us know at checkout where you would like your order placed.

Please leave an esky outside for the order to be placed in.

We will deliver as per your delivery instructions. If you have not left any and are not home, we will leave in the safest place possible.

We do not advise leaving your order outdoors for prolonged periods of time.

Orders close early when we reach capacity.
