How to use: to cook, pre-soak in cold water for 2-4 hours. Soaked mung beans can be added to soups to cook. To pre-cook, drain and place beans in a pot of fresh cold water. Bring to the boil, reduce to medium heat and cook until tender – about 20-25 minutes.
