A favourite snack in our house. We seem to go through cashews so quickly.
Organic* cashews have a rich, buttery, nutty flavour and are delicious cooked or raw. Great in breakfasts, baking, nut butters and stir fries.
Cashews are also a great ingredient in vegan cooking- replacing dairy products - as they blend into a thick, creamy texture once soaked.
