This *organic white quinoa is sourced from Mount Zero Olives.
Pulses and grains from Mount Zero Olives are grown and sourced from the regions of the Wimmera and Tasmania.
Quinoa is naturally nutritious grain with a good protein and fibre content and all essential amino acids.
Ingredients: white quinoa
How to use: thoroughly rinse quinoa before cooking. Put 1 part quinoa, to 2 parts water into a pot and bring to boil. Turn heat down to low and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, until quinoa is tripled in size, tender, with ‘tails’ popping out. Use a fork to fluff up the quinoa and serve.
