Psyllium husk is obtained from the crushed seeds of the Plantago ovata plant, a herb native to parts of Asia, Mediterranean parts of Europe and North Africa. It is an agricultural product containing no additives or preservatives and therefore may be subject to seasonal colour and flavour variations. It is typically cream to light brown in colour.
How to use: Psyllium Husks can be added to smoothies or sprinkled over cereal, porridge or yoghurt.
