Australian Red Lentils


Australian grown lentils from Mount Zero Olives.

Pulses and grains from Mount Zero Olives are grown and sourced from the regions of the Wimmera and Tasmania. 

How to use: To pre-cook, rinse thoroughly and then bring to boil in a pot of water at a ratio of 1:3. Reducing to a simmer and cook for approximately 30 minutes or until tender.

Lentils can be added without pre-cooking to soups, curries and broths. Rinse first and add water or stock as needed. Cook until tender.
