Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP)


A meat substitute for vegetarians and vegans.

How to use: to rehydrate, simply add 1 cup of boiling water to 1 cup of TVP. Stir and let stand for approximately 5 - 10 minutes to absorb. Once rehydrated, simply add to any recipe requiring mince. We love using TVP to make a vegan shepherds pie or burgers.

*Once TVP has been rehydrated, it must be kept refrigerated.

Ingredients: soya flour (100%)

Allergen advice: contains soy.

Storage: in a cool, dry place.
